CELARA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other external factors.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your financial institution.
